3. Booking Process

Booking a tour with us is simple and flexible:

• Choose your preferred itinerary
• Send us your inquiry
• Discuss details with our travel consultant
• Confirm the final itinerary and pricing
• Make a deposit
• Receive your booking confirmation
• Settle the remaining balance before or upon arrival

We aim to respond and confirm your booking within 1 working days after receiving your deposit.

4. Payment Policy

To secure your booking:

• A deposit of approximately 30% is required for tour bookings
• The remaining balance can be paid before your trip or upon arrival
• For flights, hotels or train tickets, full payment may be required in advance

We accept major payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex) and bank transfers. A small bank fee (if applicable) may be charged for card payments.

All online payments are processed through secure and licensed payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.

5. Booking Amendments

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability and service conditions.

6. Child Policy

• Children under 2 years old: free of charge for land services (airfare may apply)
• Children under 12 sharing room without extra bed: approximately 50% of adult rate
• Children under 12 with extra bed: approximately 75–80% of adult rate
• Children from 12 years old: charged as adults

8. Method Of Payment

Option 1: Credit Card (Onepay, 9pay)

We connect with OnePAY and 9pay Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn, 9pay.vn/). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) with international security standard. We will send you the link to fill in the form and you will make the online payment through steps.

Be noticed that our price are not inclusive of transfer fees levied your bank and oversea bank – please ask your bank to transfer the sum prior deduction or any shortfall.

9. Cancellation

We apply non refundable deposit of 10 USD for hotel, air ticket booking, 100 USD/per person for tour package upon service confirmation.

Cancellations will be charged as following:

• 30 days before arrival: No cancellation charge.
• 29 – 14 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost is forfeited.
• 13 – 7 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost is forfeited.
• 6 days before arrival: 100 % of the tour cost is forfeited.
• No show: 100% of the tour cost is forfeited.
