3. Booking Policy

You can book a tour with us through a simple process as follows:

Choose your favorite tour.
Send us your inquiry.
Dealing with travel consultant.
Final tour itinerary and rate.
Deposit the tour.
Receive the confirmed itinerary.
Settle the balance when arrival.

It’s Reliable To Book Online?

We have a partner that provides an easy, reputable, and secure online payment system, which is a government-licensed payment gateway in Vietnam. You only need a credit card, fill out and complete the deposit payment form (SSL – 128bit) that we provide. Your card information will not be stored in our system, but will be processed on our payment partner’s website with international security standards.

Booking Amendment

You can amend your booking when it is made. Just contact us at sales@svietnamtravel.com with your booking information. Our reservation team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.

What Happens When I Make A Reservation?

Upon receiving your deposit payment, we will send the email to inform that we well received your booking. We will process your booking and get back to you in 1 to 2 working days after all written booking is confirmed.

Child Policy

Infant under 2-years-old free of charge land tour and 25% of airfare.
Child under 12-years-old sharing room with adult without extra bed charge 50% of adult land tour and 75% of airfare.
Child under 12-years-old sharing room with adult with bed charge 80% of adult land tour and 75% of airfare.
Upon 12 years old – 100% charge of tour cost.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

After you have agreed on the tour itinerary and pricing, we will send you an email to confirm and provide information on our payment policy. You can choose your preferred payment method and make payment to us according to the following regulations:

With tour bookings, you do not need to pay total in advance, we just need 30% for deposit. The balance will be settled before your trip or upon arrival.
With flight, hotel or train ticket bookings, we require 100% total payment in advance.

The balance will be settled before or upon arrival by cash, credit card or Wise. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Master, JCB and Amex. If you pay by credit card, please add 3% of bank commission.

After receiving your deposit, our team will process your booking and send you the confirmation by email within 1 – 2 working days.

5. Method Of Payment

Option 1: Credit Card (Onepay, 9pay)

We connect with OnePAY and 9pay Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn, 9pay.vn/). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) with international security standard. We will send you the link to fill in the form and you will make the online payment through steps.

Be noticed that our price are not inclusive of transfer fees levied your bank and oversea bank – please ask your bank to transfer the sum prior deduction or any shortfall.

6. Cancellation

We apply non refundable deposit of 10 USD for hotel, air ticket booking, 100 USD/per person for tour package upon service confirmation.

Cancellations will be charged as following:

30 days before arrival: No cancellation charge.
29 – 14 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost is forfeited.
13 – 7 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost is forfeited.
6 days before arrival: 100 % of the tour cost is forfeited.
No show: 100% of the tour cost is forfeited.
